Strategy and Protocol For Dominion
In this hour that we are living in it is no mistake that we are placed upon planet earth for such a time as this. God has put us here to carry out His Dominion Mandate: Genesis 1:27-28 And God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. And God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
Matthew 28:18-19 And Jesus came up and spoke to them saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and earth. Go make disciples of all nations.”
God is waiting for His Righteous Warriors to advance His Kingdom on earth. To accomplish this great destiny we must know our true identity in Him and from that eternal place be equipped for the task at hand. We will begin this equipping in January 2010 at Revival Outreach Center, every Sunday night beginning January 24th at 7 pm. We will be using a DVD coarse taught by Jim Chosa and everyone will receive a syllabus. The cost for this coarse is $75 individual, $25 spouse in advance. This will cover 13 sessions and the syllabus. If you would rather pay by session it will be $10 per couple, $7 individual, per week. If you want the 72 page syllabus it will be $20 paid in advance so they can be ready for first class.

About the Instructors
Jim and Faith were married on September 15, 1979 and have ministered together since 1982. Jim is an enrolled member of the Keweenaw Bay Chippewa Indian Tribe of Northern Michigan. On August 30, 1979, the Spirit of the Lord dramatically captured his attention while Jim was in a bar by changing a bottle of beer into vinegar, and by His spoken word “Put it down on the bar!” and then again “I said! Put it down on the bar!” delivered him completely from alcohol and drugs. He was saved 12:01 AM January 1, 1980 and has been teaching and preaching the Word since 1982. In Indian Country, especially to his brethren, Jim is known as “Lead Eagle.’
Faith is an enrolled member of the Crow Indian Tribe of Montana; her Indian name given to her when she was eight years old is “Sees Holy.” She grew up in a home where Christ was honored by both of her parents for as long as she can remember. She has a great spiritual legacy on both sides of her lineage, but perhaps the most prominent is her link to her great-grandparents, Goes Ahead and Pretty Shield of the Crows. Goes Ahead was one of five surviving scouts for General George Custer at the Battle of the Little Bighorn who later, after a dramatic encounter through a vision with the Lord Jesus, became one of the first deacons in the Baptist Church of Crow Agency. Both were very prominent shamans of their tribe, and both were converted from these old ways to Jesus Christ.
Together they have established Day Chief Ministries, Inc. in August, 1993, and the Red Earth Church in the Wilderness in 2004. They minister in all regions of the country with national and regional ministers equipping prayer intercessors and building relational fellowships between Native and non-Native cultures within the Body of Christ to cleanse, heal and deliver the land. On October 3, 2003, they established The Red Earth Worship-Warrior School, an online equipping resource for those who God has called to forerun and establish His new things in their territories. They are regional coordinators of the US Apostolic Alliance. Jim is a member International Coalition of Apostles and a member of the Apostolic Council for the International Coalition of Apostles under the leadership of C. Peter Wagner.
Introduction
This course will prepare believing disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ to become overcoming, conquering spiritual warriors within their individual, family, fellowship and territorial spheres of spiritual authority.
Foundational protocols will be established upon which the Battle Plans of the Lord result in His Promised Outcomes of the Victory He has already won. All spiritual protocols set by the Word of the Lord begins with every individual believer and, by protocol purpose, enables the believer, out of the supernatural releases of Holy Spirit, to increase in the supernatural life and function of the Lord.
Expansion of spiritual authority to execute territorial dominion within the Earth realm of neighborhoods, communities and cities is a vital outcome of being increased in the supernatural function of eternal life. Specific teaching and training will focus on revealing the hidden protocols of real and true dominion faith, worship and power.
The four-fold protocol functions established within the Word to “be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over” all spheres above, on and in the earth to release the earth from historical defilement and demonic rule.
A vital part of this course incorporates training opportunities where the principals taught will be put into practice since it is written “he who practices righteousness is righteous, even as He is righteous.”
This course will prepare believers to be more inclusive of executing victorious warfare in all spheres of their earthly authorities which are set in the context of the broad realm of spiritual war. Without seeing the “big picture” the individual battles often seem insurmountable. However, from the broad view of war, the believer realizes the vital need of the supernatural works of Holy Spirit to “fight the good fight of faith” and will cease trying to fight spiritual battles from the soul realm only.

The IAM Family Convening is now just over a month away and preparations are now in full swing for its arrival. There is a buzz beginning to grow in IAM as a whole as family members from each church begin to buy their plane tickets and find themselves constantly checking the Weather Channel comparing our (now) warm winter days with their frigid forecasts of sub-zero temperatures and snow. As those plans, with their significant financial investments, begin to be made, it is important to realize just how privileged we are at the ROC to be chosen every year to host this great family reunion.
There is a secret place under the shadow of the Almighty, where there is liberty, provision, and protection. Yet, too many believers do not enjoy this hidden place. Instead, they seek freedom and security outside of it in a realm where the very opposite exists. They are tricked into believing true and lasting freedom can be found away from Divine authority.

Money, in-laws, sex, arguments ……. We all want a healthy, loving marriage, but there are so many real life issues that stand in the way.
I am sorry to have to announce to you that Apostle James Berkley, went home to be with the Lord this Sunday, December 27, 2009. James was preaching to the Church that he loved, Judah Praise Center, and he had an apparent heart attack. He was taken to Everett Medical Center where they worked diligently to save his life but could not.
